Describing the inner experience of clients with ADHD, their processing of grief, anger, and fear of rejection, becomes a key element of analysis and an important aspect of psychotherapeutic work with such patients. The article presents acase study of a therapy session with a female client suffering from ADHD and illustrates how her inner world, characterized by cognitive overload, is often perceived by others as laziness and indifference.</p>
В статье приводится пример сессии с клиенткой, страдающей СДВГ, и обсуждается, как её внутренний мир, характеризующийся когнитивным перегрузом, часто воспринимается окружающими как лень и безразличие.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD</kwd><kwd>neurodiversity</kwd><kwd>late diagnosis</kwd><kwd>psychotherapeutic work</kwd><kwd>masking</kwd><kwd>grieving</kwd><kwd>personality scripts</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>синдром дефицита внимания и гиперактивности СДВГ</kwd><kwd>нейроразнообразие</kwd><kwd>поздняя диагностика</kwd><kwd>психотерапевтическая работа</kwd><kwd>маскинг</kwd><kwd>горевание</kwd><kwd>личностные сценарии</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Bowers, C., Widdowson M.
